Actress Sarah Martins hospitalised after slumping from extreme exhaustion

Nollywood actress Sarah Martins was hospitalised this week after collapsing due to extreme exhaustion, leaving fans and colleagues concerned for her wellbeing.

The actress shared the harrowing experience on Instagram, revealing that she woke up feeling numb and later slumped while handling inventory and interviews at her store. Sarah explained that she had been working non-stop every day through December, even as her staff took their holiday breaks.

“I literally worked through the holidays, every single day, and my body finally gave in,” she wrote, emphasizing the toll that constant work can take.

Doctors conducted over 32 medical tests, including checks for cancer, liver issues, fibroids, and more, all of which thankfully came back negative. The medical team concluded that her collapse was caused solely by extreme exhaustionand advised complete bed rest for recovery.

Sarah is currently recovering in the hospital and expressed her gratitude that her vital organs remain unaffected. Fans have since flooded her social media with messages wishing her a speedy recovery.

“Sometimes even superheroes need a break,” she noted, reminding her followers of the importance of rest and self-care.
