The ex-wife of popular Nigerian skitmaker Mark Angel has made a series of disturbing allegations about her past marriage, sparking widespread reactions online.

She shared the claims while participating in the viral “Put a finger down” challenge, a social media trend where people reveal personal experiences. In her video, she recounted what she described as troubling moments from her former relationship.

According to her, she was allegedly pressured into participating in an intimate encounter with a stranger on her wedding night. She claimed her then-husband asked her to misrepresent him as “just a friend” to the other woman so she would not feel uncomfortable.

The woman further alleged that after childbirth, her ex-partner became emotionally distant and critical of her body. She claimed he once told her he was no longer attracted to her physique, which led her to undergo cosmetic surgery in an attempt to meet his expectations. She also accused him of repeatedly body-shaming her over stretch marks and making disparaging comments about her domestic abilities to friends.

In another allegation, she said her ex-husband invited a female “friend” into their home, after which she allegedly overheard intimate sounds coming from a nearby room. She also claimed he once left their home in the early hours of the morning to pick up an ex-partner who was allegedly being abused by her boyfriend.

Additionally, she accused him of falsely claiming he had a terminal illness and only a few years to live — a statement she now disputes, noting that he remains alive and well.

While she did not mention any names in her disclosures, she referenced circumstances that have led many social media users to speculate about the identity of the man involved, as Mark Angel is the only person she has publicly been married to and shares a child with.
