Refund, And Returns Policy – 9jafinds Global Shop

Make sure you are aware of the following points:
1. When we receive the product back at our China warehouse, we will only refund the cost of the product.
2. It’s important to make sure that the returned item is in good condition and won’t affect our ability to return it to our supplier. Please return the product in its original packaging as well.
3. As the delivery is long-distance, any risk of loss or damage during the return shipment will be at your end.
4. There will be an international shipping fee that you or your customer will need to pay. To avoid additional customs clearance costs, please do not use commercial express delivery. Instead, use ordinary express delivery.
